Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the Deloc hosting platform. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

• Phishing pages or sites that impersonate other services, companies, or individuals
• Malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or any other malicious software
• Crypto miners, browser hijackers, or scripts that consume visitor resources without consent
• Content that is illegal under United States law or the law of your jurisdiction
• Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Content that promotes violence, harassment, or discrimination
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content — this includes any visual or written material intended to sexually arouse, regardless of whether it depicts real people. Adult content on shared subdomains risks flagging the entire deloc.dev domain by corporate web filters, email providers, and browser safe browsing lists, which harms all users of the platform.
• Sexually exploitative content involving minors

• Creating multiple free-tier accounts to circumvent plan limits
• Automated mass account creation (bots, scripts)
• Circumventing rate limits, storage limits, or bandwidth limits through any means
• Using the Service to send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited communications
• Attempting to access other users' accounts, data, or hosted content without authorization
• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service infrastructure
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or its underlying infrastructure

We review content both through automated scanning and manual reports. Violations of this policy may result in:

• Removal of the offending content
• Temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent termination of your account
• Reporting to law enforcement where required or appropriate

We aim to be fair and proportionate in enforcement. First-time, unintentional violations will typically receive a warning before suspension.

If you believe content hosted on Deloc violates this policy, please report it to [email protected] with the URL of the offending content and a description of the violation. We review all reports and will respond within 48 hours.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
